Holy shit, I'm having a blast playing this game. I couldn't stop laughing how funny the humor is. The second day was my favorite (notbecauseofthatoption*COUGHS*). 

Anyway, I was surprised how well paced the story is, leaving me satisfied with ending. The LI is such a dork, his personality is so my type. 

I would pay if this have a sequel or a DLC. I'm very interested what's his homeland look like.

OMG I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW AMAZING THIS GAME IS! I honestly think this is the best vn I've ever played, the concept was so cute, the comedy and romantic aspects were so amazing- I would legit do anything to go back in time and play this again for the first time! 

Also, let me just add that the effort put into this was INSANE! Never have I ever gone through a fully-blown escape room in a vn, and I was pleasantly surprised by all of the effort and creativity that went into every part of this game! Ngl I would even read a whole book based on this story, everyone who worked on this did an incredible job! <3

I enjoyed this game thoroughly. I downloaded it after glimpsing at the title and art, going in completely blind, and I enjoyed every bit. I have a series of compliments:

(Spoilers Ahead for those who have yet to play the game):

• THANK YOU for allowing us to change the font style. The original one matches the game aesthetic well, but it was really hard to follow with the beautiful art and the tippy-tappy sounds when in dialogue. I appreciate the second font very much. I used it throughout the entire game.
• Despite not having a lot of BGM, I enjoyed how the text and art together brought the story to life. I thought that was rather impressive actually, as the mood of game scenes are usually carried mostly by their soundtracks. Very good use of it at the end when Egen gave us his watch. It was so stinking cute.
• I enjoyed how realistic it was when Egen interacted with Earth. The way how he described it and the subtle jokes (ESPECIALLY the one about meat in the supermarket) is a 10/10. I'd giggle and kick my feet like a schoolgirl. And my GOD when we got to see his tongue??? At the picnic? I squealed yf. My imagination went very wild (similarly to the Mature option of mentioning that we masturate to relax?? Which is real asf btw, the scene just took me by surprise cause again, went into this blind, didn't regret it, loved the makeout scene and getting him hard. Amen.)
• I didn't like Andelle at first. Or Nabo, actually. Before I get into it, Nabo's design??? Peak. I audibly gasped when I saw him. Would sit on him for sure. The characterization for both was done pretty well. I wouldn't have believed we got a lil character progression in three hours of gameplay (well done <3).  Back to the original point, yeah, I thought they were just Egen's servants. I thought Andelle was just around to make Egen's life miserable and Nabo only cared about tasks. I enjoyed seeing a different side of them by the... morning of the second date! Didn't think I'd be whooping alien ass with slippers, but it made my day. Humanized their character and I loved to see it. Lynne referring to them by nicknames was pretty endearing. Referring back to the scene at the end where Egen gave us his watch and we declared that we'd miss him, I liked that they got to mess around and have fun. 
• THE HUMOR IN THIS GAME IS ON POINT OMG xD. It's that subtle dry humor done right. When I told Egen I didn't want a husband and he offered to be my wife INSTANTLY, I was hooked on the game. I couldn't stop cackling my ass off dawggg xD. It was so flipping funny.
• I liked how I never knew when to expect the alternate endings xD. The one where you agreed to marry Egen from the get-go and have 18 kids together took me out. Again, claps to the scriptwriters. Gave me a nice chuckle with how out of pocket it was.
• I WOULD PAY SO MUCH MONEY FOR A LONGER VERSION OF THIS GAME. Or DLCs. We could have so much more fun spending time together on Earth with Egen, or exploring his home planet! I'm so curious about their way of life and technology.
• I also admired how everything wasn't revealed upfront at once. Like the name of the watches, Egen's last name, etc. It felt natural with how we were exposed to that information.
• The tidbit where you get to choose the activity to relax, and you get to choose "Watching TV". I didn't actually expect to get emotionally attached to a fictional show within a fictional game. Could just be me, but I really enjoyed having a story within a story. I would actually watch it if it was an anime. The point is: script was good. I was enthralled by the performance of... Tee (forgot her name) and her passion about textiles and how she tried to find her family with her rival. Beautiful story.

I believe that's all my comments. I seriously enjoyed this so much and it was better than I expected. My only issue is that when looking back at the Log, the top half of all the words are missing. I'd appreciate having that fixed <3.

Time to play it again and try for new endings and interactions (just realized I never figured out who won the sandwich-making competition lol).

We definitely need some good 18+ DLC with our wife Egen (˵ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°˵) (I'd pay an obscene amount of money for it.)

This game was amazing it peeked my curiosity when i saw someone rate it and i got to say wow it had me in stiches, squealing and swooning a perfect blend of romance and humor. My Favorite part was seeing Egen in a wedding dress, he would be the best male wife ever!!!!

OMG ı started to play this game with curiosity and ım sooo glad ı did it! all those comedy and emotional scenes they were super cool and ı loved every bit of it! not only scenes though... the characters, the atmosphere, the music... everything !! ^^  ı think ıts safe to say that this one is one of my favorite visual novels now! thank you for everyone who put effort to do such an wonderful game! ım very happy that ı was able to find this game :3 again thanks for all this amazing game! The game is fantastic！from the art to the plot it's perfect😍. Loved the game's funny and lighthearted atmosphere. I burst out laughing when Egen suddenly put on a wedding dress claiming he could be the wife😂. This is one of the best visual novels I've played this year. The art style of the game reminds me of some old Japanese anime.thanks for making such a great game ！😭(I'm not a native English speaker, so I apologize for any misrepresentations)

Every now and then, I'm lucky to find a true gem among all the games I play, this game is one of them! I thought it would be another rather short and 'simple' one-RO-game, but I was so wrong. It's much longer than expected, the writing is beautiful and Egen is just gorgeous! LOVE this game!

This is honestly one of the BEST romance games I have ever played. 

Not only is the comedy hilarious, but the characters, story and romance is top notch as well!! 

Egen is the perfect amount of funny, adorable and charming. I loved him so much!! And the chemistry he has with Eiren is GREAT.

Imho, it's really hard to write romance between characters who haven't known each other for long in a way that feels compelling, genuine and not forced.

 Love Limit does this WONDERFULLY. 

Not once did I feel that the romantic scenes weren't earned or too quick. It all felt natural. It pulled at my heartstrings. The writing in this game is just AMAZING. 

I laughed my ass off, but I also got butterflies from the romantic scenes and the more dramatic scenes made me tear up a bit.

I'm looking forward to more of your games, this one is definitely going to my favorites!! <3

okay i HAD to comment here because i absolutely adored this game. i put my favorite quotes in the rating/collection sections but honestly the whole writing of the game made me smile all thoughout. i couldn't stop laughing and smiling and giggling. it was so good!!!

i loved this game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was so fun meeting egen and his companions and discovering about their cultures and biological traits and AUGUGHGGHGHGHGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! seeing these aspects being explored (even if briefly) made the story so much more tasty to me! the word game, the picnic scene, the tablet/plankton and the whole way egen acts/sees things based on his homeland culture really made his character feel much more alive!!

everything was so well made too!! the art is adorable, the sound effects add so much to the mood -- and the humour and the gui is so cute!!!!!!!!

this has everything i ever wanted to find in a alien love story. it was funny, sweet, interesting and it really carved its way into my heart. i really appreciated the fact that it features a platonic ending too!! (the first one i got!!! i was so happy because it felt just as meaningful as the other ones!! *happily cries in aromantic*)

Holy moly, I just sat through hours non-stop in order to finish this game. I didn't know what to expect but I'm blown away!! @Winking Corvid, this game is a masterpiece and your tallents are unmatchable! You absolutely left me speachless. I haven't had such an emotional rollercoaster in YEARS!!!!! And I laughed until I cried, then chocked on tears and then my heart just melted. This game is just so well wtitten and captures your attention at every corner. Everything just fits like a puzzle: the art, music, topic, plot, your story telling. And the CHARACTERS, oh God now I understand why girls have posters of celebrities in their rooms xD I'm SO getting a poster/picture of Egen in my room!!!! He's absolutely precious!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for creating this gem. Your game absolutely deserves high praise and more (MUCH MORE) popularity. You're an absolute master of creation <3<3<3<3 commencing snooze mode. I need to sleep, it's so late but I couldn't sleep until I got to the true ending.  LOVE YOU!!! Stay healthy, happy and lucky my friend. Hats down to you!

Quickly jotting this all down on my note app after starting this game at 1pm earlier & it's now currently 10pm with me just finishing it up (took a few long breaks inbetween!). Ignore the tenses used here as I'm maxxbraindumping:

Now thats what i call a PROPER romcom. Holy shit this is such a gem im so freaking glad i browsed through the VNs section yesterday and decided to download this. 

First of all PHEW, when i tell you this was a rollercoaster of emotions. When it first started i honestly didnt have much expectation with only the goal to pass time (off topic but i got so confused when the first choice i made immediately resulted in the game ending lmao) but quickly it proved me wrong. Like utterly wrong. First of all, the designs and the UI, the soundtrack etc. Love em. Absolutely love em. Chef kisses. Secondly, the characters. Man it's so refreshing to have an actual grown ass MC for a romcom instead of teenagers or young adults. Egen definitely grew rapidly on me  (the part where people edited him with rain effects & sad song and him getting babygirlfied by netizens  was where i was like yep. Yep this game absolutely Gets It) As a person whos love language is words of affirmation, i feel like hes tailored just for me. Endearing. Wholesome. Fine. This man is down bad and hes not afraid to express it any capacity or ways. The first date was cute absolutely (i may need to rethink some things while imagining his tongue), but the second date was my favorite. Side note i havent explored the other options yet for second date except the game and the bath  BUT THE GAME. SEASONAL GROVE WHEN I GET U. 

("Can we combine our farms?""But then I couldn't come home to you after a long day of exploration.")

("He walks me home, then waves goodbye. My heart sinks for the first time as I watch his little character trek back home")

("I forget my cattle outside during a nasty thunderstorm at the end of the fall, but Egen's long herded them inside the barn by the time I arrive back at the farmstead") this was such a fluff packed segment that I was convinced my heart grew atleast ten times bigger reading it. Like what if i cry. Actually scratch that i did not need to seeing as to how immediately after this scene we hopped into a much more emotionally charged segment where i wasnt at all mentally prepared for But nonetheless welcomed all the same. The transition from a fluffy and detailed one complete year playthrough of a starde- i mean seasonal grove and then u broke my heart with that angsty filled segment. ("I'll wonder about you if I don't at least try.") LIKE HOW DID WE GET HERE AND WHY AM I CRYING. I fully was immersed and i get both of em like and marvel at how it's not offputting at all at the way theyre already starting to get attached to each other. I find that some other comedy VNs arent very good at building up tensions or actually establishing connections but this is a solidly written one where we explore the characters' vulnerabilities that actually connect them. ("You're neat, Egen. But I have a life here. Lynne's here, and I need her as much as she needs me.") Talking abt connections, i especially love how Lynne's relationship with the MC is integral to her character rather than just an afterthought. I find that platonic relationships are just as important as romantic ones and im glad this game is putting emphasis on it. Lynne may act she way she does but she does deeply care about her sister (i appreciate the lil details on their interactions) & their backstory awww :( (sidenote i absolutely died at the unleashing the older sister power part. Im willing to bet they come from an asian family). 

Oh gosh im just realizing how long this is but god I absolutely love the writing! I keep on hitting the log button at least every 10 minutes to reread some lines, the dialogues are gold & the humor is definitely humoring. Some scenes even tore a full bellied laugh from me, which was so cool! I rotated between smiling, chuckling and snorting the entire time - definitely thoroughly enjoyed myself and have nothing but good feelings about this game. So for that, thank you to the team for bringing this masterpiece to life. 

Some misc that still lingers that Idk where to place:

• Lynne & Andelle??? I really wasnt expecting this one but when I saw the blushing sprite I was like what. Since when hes capable of that. But regardless THATS INTERESTING 
• My favorite way to die was definitely by pressing the red buttons way too many times
• Egen's backstory & how it shaped him…………
• The ending. 
• Loren Ipsum company
• Lynne being a woman in STEM
• Smiling Nabo sprite.
• How MC is technically overpowered
• The memes & references made in this game

I'm still gonna go have to go back and explore other choices I haven't tried but just know I'm gonna be rotating this game in my brain for the next couple of weeks if you don't mind. You guys made me happy and I hope this terribly long & messy review will atleast give back a quarter of what I was feeling! Keep up the good work!! <333

Honestly, this is my favorite VN ever.

The art is amazing - the background are just UGH and the sprites are simple but endearing and SO EXPRESSIVE? Just the expressions alone made me laugh. Actually, I laughed SO MUCH while playing this! I got really attached to the characters, like, ALL OF THEM. And Egen is such a babygirl, oh my- I would die for this man, istg. The banter between him and MC is amazing and I love how you guys explored the misunderstanding of Earth by aliens. 

This is truly a work of art. I'm amazed and I can't wait to see more from you guys! As an aspiring future sologamedev, this is such an inspiration, truly a joy to play.

10/10 game but i can't get the back button to work T_T

I loved this VN so much!! Everything from the various sprites for all situations (even one-off ones), the writing of the supporting characters and Egen and MC, the GUI, the background CGs, it was all really polished!! This could very well have been a commercial game instead!

I know nothing about programming but the puzzle bits seemed especially complicated so kudos to that alsoo!

I really love the MC for being so sensible and warm and I love their dynamic with Egen! Egen was so great! He's so earnest and considerate and sweet, I didn't expect to be this attached to him. 

For only 44k words, y'all were able to characterize everyone from the cast so well that I went straight to AO3 to look for fanfics only to realize that this is too newly released for it to have them yet. (Just you wait!! You have a gem here, I'm sure this game will be more popular in the future).

Looking forward to what you make next, though I really hope it's more Egen content!

Can I just say that that make-out session was so hot?? I didn't expect him to go along with it and I already finished the game but my gosh I'm still blushing over how he lied about the hidden zippers to tease the MC. So, great job in infusing so much personality in that scene that it was so uniquely Egen!

It might be delulu but I hope to see more Egen content in the future

This was wonderful! Sometimes the puzzles were hard, or I got a bad end unexpectdly, but it was worth the 2 hours of gameplay. Though I am not too big of a fan at conquering planets and enslaving species, Egen wormed his way into my heart. This was a wonderful experience. 10/10 would do it again. Now, Imma just find all the endings.

I can't stress enough how MUCH I enjoyed playing this game and how much I recommend EVERYONE reading this to play it too. Egen is a sweetheart: he's funny, cute, he cares, and all the interactions with him and his crew are absolutely great. instant fave!! it's perfect in all aspects: the characters are all super endearing and silly, the art is super cute and i just love the writing and all of the story. the gags were all really good!!!! they had me giggling constantly, the comedic timing was great with the sound effects and the music. i truly had a blast with this game. i also need Egen right NOW. he's so babygirl coded<3
